This is essentially the first step… we often think we are doing the best we could do… but if it was so, you would already have been your best version…So if you still have a longing to improve, if you still have a scope of improving then the second question is… where to start?

You need to go for a life audit to define your present status… You can use tools like ‘Wheel of life’ to assess your present status. You can get it on Google…

Rate yourselves on each quadrants of life and define the areas that are suffering, Ask yourself what can be improved in the quadrant that rates the least…

Optionally you can just rate yourselves in each of these quadrants with 3 time frames… 5 years before… today… & 5 years from now…

Study the patterns of 5 years before and today… see the changes in various quadrants which have improved, try to rule our your actions and apply them to the quadrants that have not improved but you want to improve…

Then define how you want your life quadrants to be 5 years from now and again ask, what needs to be done to improve these weak points.

The ‘5 years from now ‘ will be your best version. After doing this audit… enlist your actions of improvement in your weak quadrants and ask yourself ‘What action needs to be done by you Today, so that you reach the status you want in 5 years.

Start by simple changes in the desired direction.

The process Needs to be done by you. Although it might seem tedious but will be worth your time. So, without further ado start the audit and repeat it once every 3 months to measure your progress.

Start living YOUR LIFE, we normally live a reactive life, this approach will lead you to proactively living and taking actions…
